- Security, Just like Windows vs Linux, hacker just love to attack IE than Firefor, and it make Firefox more safer than IE. And if you install Google Toolbar, is event more better. Google tollbar have anti-phishing built in. It reduces risk of getting caught in a phishing scam.

- Useability, Firefox is very easy to use. Try it and you will know what i’m talking about.
- Support Tabbed Browsing, Firefox strongly supports tabbed browsing, this feature is a must have if you are a tab whore like i am :p
- Active Community and Support, Active community devoted to improving Firefox and Firefox Extensions
- Easy Swich from IE, Ease of switching internet preferences and favorites from Internet Explorer.
- A lot of Usefull Firefox Extension, a very usefull extensions compatible with Firefox. Here is sample of extension I used:

AdBlock - makes it easy to strip down pages for fast load times.
Google Toolbar - if you don’t mind sending data back to Google.
PDF Download - makes it so PDFs don’t consistently crash Firefox .
SearchStatus - shows Alexa rank, Google PageRank, can highlight NoFollow links, indexed pages and backlinks.
Session Saver - perhaps sometimes session crasher, but it stores what tabs were open before you closed Firefox so that they open again when you restart Firefox.
