Sedo will pay the user a percentage of all revenues generated by the user’s parked domain names. Users who participate in Sedo’s parking program will be paid via wire transfer, check, or electronic payment via Paypal.com. Payments will be made on or about 15 business days after the end of each calendar month for all commissions earned and received during the prior month less any amount the Sedo determines, in its sole discretion, was not validly earned (see above for more details on invalid earnings).
The minimum payment amount is $20 for Paypal.com payments and $50 for wire transfers or check payments. Unissued earnings will be held until the month in which the total amount due exceeds the minimum payment amount for the chosen payment method or until the participation in the parking program has ended, in which case final payment will be made by method chosen by Sedo in its sole discretion. Un-issued earnings less than $20 or earnings undeliverable because of incomplete or inaccurate account data will expire after a period of 12 months and will be deleted.
PLEASE NOTE: Domain owners must understand that the Sedo will not withhold taxes from any payments, and that it is the responsibility of domain owner to pay all local, state, federal, and/or foreign taxes on income received from the parking program. By participating in Sedo’s parking program, domain owners agree to indemnify and reimburse Sedo on account of any claim or assessment of taxes by any foreign, United States, state, and/or local taxing authority, and any other costs and damages arising from or in connection with the use or operation of the Parking Program.

You will be paid a commission of at least 60% from the total revenue generated by parked.com from your parked domain(s) excluding any traffic that we deem to be fraudulent. This commission will be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) within fifteen (15) business days after the end of each calendar month if it exceeds the minimum amounts set forth below. In the event that the commission is less than such amount, you will be paid within fifteen (15) business days after the end of the month in which the total amount of revenue collected and unpaid exceeds such amount. The four payment options are PayPal, direct deposit, check or wire. For PayPal and direct deposit the minimum payout is $20. Checks the minimum payout is $100. For US and foreign wires the minimum payout is $2,500. You may set a higher minimum payment amount in your account. In the even that you select a higher minimum payment you will not receive payment until you reach the designate minimum amount.

Prior to receiving payment you must have provided us with correct payment information and completed a verifiable form W8 and form W9 requirements for tax reporting. We will not pay any commissions until the next payment due date after we confirm payment was not received by you and you have corrected all problems with incomplete or incorrect payment information or the Form W-8 or W-9 you provided to us.

If you have an account with us and referrer other people who open their own account with us, you can receive a commission of at least 10% of what each of those people earns during their first 12 months with us. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to us. You will receive a referral code from the referral section inside your account. A commission will only be due during the first 12 months and only if an account earns revenue.
