Single Login, Why Not?

How much websites accounts do you have? Internet user usually has more than one. Almost of internet users has five account in minimal.

All different sites usually require us to make separate account. That’s enough difficulties. Username and password have to type every time we login to use those website services.

But, there is exception. If certain sites acquisitions by others, login process will become simply. For example, Yahoo! bought Flickr, than you only login use your Yahoo! account.

There is question there; Why there is no single account which can be use in all websites? That idea have mentioned by Microsoft which offered Microsoft Passport service at 2001. But that idea did not have response. Today Microsoft Passport only use by Microsofy websites.
